Donations made to Impact World Foundation are non-refundable as they are immediately deployed to active programs. In the rare case of a duplicate or erroneous transaction, please email contact@impactworldfoundation.com within 7 days with your transaction ID and we will investigate. Approved refunds are processed within 14 working days to the original payment instrument.
